Meet the Thrive Alliance SHIP (State Health Insurance Program) counselors! From left to right, they are Matraca Gilbert, Chloe Simo, Deanna Powell, Carla Kinman-Umphries and Amber Moore, who are all staff at Thrive Alliance, the Area 11 Agency on Aging serving South Central Indiana. Amber is a budding counselor and the others have already experienced their first and second open enrollment periods.
