Thrive Alliance Seeking Buyer for Affordable Home
We are seeking a buyer for a recently renovated Thrive Alliance home at 1501 California Street in Columbus.
The home is available through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority down payment assistance program to help home-buyers with no more than 80% of the community median annual income.
Qualifications for the homebuyer program are determined by a combination of income, credit score and debt-to-income ratio.
